Description - What Awaits You

• Conduct a variety of routine to advanced clinical lab tests across disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to best practices.
• Interpret test results with keen attention to detail, identify issues, and maintain lab instruments through regular calibration and upkeep.
• Support specimen collection efforts, ensuring samples are properly prepared and processed for accurate testing.
• Record procedures scrupulously, train new staff, and actively contribute to maintaining lab quality control standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment, committing to compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent qualification alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Hold an ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Uphold current certifications throughout your tenure.
