Court Builder/Construction Crew Member

Description

Carolina Sport Court is THE premier sports surface company specializing in modular basketball,
pickleball, tennis, racquetball, and various other mixed-use courts. Working for Carolina Sport Court
will allow you to lead and grow in a thriving company while building top-of-the-line sports surfaces
across the Carolinas.

Qualifications
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Flexibility to work various hours throughout the week depending on job deadlines and season
• Eagerness and willingness to learn, receive instruction and direction
• A valid driver's license is required
• Working knowledge of workplace safety
• Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of environments (we work outside year-round)
• Drug and substance-free at all times
• Must submit to and pass a background check
• Must be a US citizen or have appropriate proof of authorization to work in the US

Responsibilitles
• Must be able to be out of town for several days, up to 6 days at a time
• Ability to read and execute plan instructions
• Loading and unloading products
• Lifting and moving building materials
• Operating small tools
• Digging and refilling holes
• Ability to pour and form concrete
• Applying surface and coating products
• Fence removal and installation
• Minimal machine operation and maintenance

Pay
- $19.00 per hour; $20.00 per hour after 90 days
- $1000 sign on bonus; $250 given at 6 months, $750 given at a year

- Paid Holidays and PTO
