Gotham Technology Group is a 25-year technology firm specializing in AI, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Solutions. We're not a traditional staffing shop — we're a VAR and professional services provider with a growing IT staffing practice built on technical credibility and long-term client relationships.

We're expanding our staffing team and looking for an experienced IT staffing sales professional who loves opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and growing the accounts they create.

The Opportunity

This is a new-business-focused role where you'll be opening doors with clients who don't yet work with Gotham. Your job is to create demand, build trusted relationships, and grow those accounts over time. You'll have the full support of experienced recruiters, hands-on leadership, and access to real engineering resources when you need them.

What You'll Do

• Develop new client relationships across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent IT staffing
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting through close and beyond
• Build credibility with IT leaders, hiring managers, and executives
• Lead consultative conversations that align staffing solutions to real technical and business needs
• Partner with recruiting and engineering teams to deliver well-vetted, high-quality candidates
• Deepen and expand the accounts you open through long-term relationship management

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of IT staffing sales experience with a track record of opening new business
• Proven ability to build pipeline independently and close new logos
• Solid understanding of IT roles and hiring environments — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be fluent in the space
• Relationship-oriented and client-focused — you enjoy being out there, meeting people, solving problems
• Self-directed and accountable — you're comfortable owning your outcomes and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
