Financial Services Representative (Bilingual-Fluent English and Spanish)

Financial Services Representative – guide customers on their financial journey. Responsibilities Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices. Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. Process and prepare loan applications. Take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. Balance assigned cash drawer daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager. Qualifications Demonstrated self-confidence and organizational skills. History of kindness, compassion, and helping others. Willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Team player who pitches in when needed. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for independent transport of bank deposits. Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration. Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature. Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically. Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
