Senior Federal HR Transformation Consultant
Golden Key Group
Golden Key Group, LLC is looking for a Senior Federal Human Resources Consultant in Washington, District of Columbia. This role serves as the functional authority for Federal HR policy and supports the Federal HRIT Modernization program.
The ideal candidate will lead HR-functional fit-gap analysis, support agency transition planning, and ensure HR data integrity through migration validation. A strong background in Federal HR operations and training delivery is essential.
