Sr Expert, Strategic Sales Development

Job Overview Mine strategic sales opportunities from prospecting lists, marketing leads, establishing relationships, and working closely with our Field Sales teams. As a team member and key contributor in T-Mobile's revenue engine, act as first point of contact for all prospects. Cultivate and quickly respond to inquiries by email and phone qualifying potential customers and connecting them with T-Mobile Account Executives. Job Responsibilities Emailing and calling prospects to understand and build their interest in TFB solutions. Managing and cleansing data in the Salesforce CRM system as leads are entered. Responding in real time to leads coming through T-Mobile for Business website and other marketing campaigns. Carefully following the follow-up sequence, lead management process in Salesforce, and the qualification process to qualify leads and prevent fraud. Researching leads, following up with them and assigning them to the appropriate sales person. Providing feedback to Marketing team on lead quality, processes and performance. Education High School Diploma/GED Required Work Experience More than 2 years Call center/sales experience Rep Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Technology Preference Sales Preference Communication Requirement Client Relationship Management Preference Eligibility At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No T-Mobile's Commitment Total Target Cash Pay Range: $60,700 - $109,600, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $42,490 - $76,720 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
