Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Centered Mind Therapy, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic modalities to support individual and family needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to clients' unique situations.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, while also providing individual sessions as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to family dynamics.

• Addressing a broad spectrum of issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job-related stress, and adjustment issues following separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and maintaining accurate, confidential client records compliant with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and continuity for clients that honors their diverse needs.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings to continuously enhance service delivery and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to specialize in treating various family-related challenges, including blended family dynamics, communication issues, and support during significant life changes such as divorce or loss. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this LMFT position will meet the following qualifications:
