Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office | North Dallas

This is a full-time, in-office position in North Dallas and includes participation in a shared after-hours on-call rotation.

Right at Home North Dallas is looking for an exceptional Staffing Coordinator who loves working with people, solving problems and creating great experiences for both clients and caregivers.

For over 20 years, our award-winning home care organization has helped older adults and individuals with disabilities remain safely and independently in the homes of their choosing.

Our Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in fulfilling that mission.

This is much more than filling shifts. You will build relationships with our caregivers, understand the individual needs of our clients, anticipate staffing challenges and work closely with our team to ensure our families receive reliable, consistent and compassionate care.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As our Staffing Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and maintain client schedules and caregiver assignments.

• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, availability, location and individual client needs.

• Respond quickly and thoroughly to call-offs, schedule changes and unexpected staffing needs.

• Develop strong relationships with caregivers and understand their availability, strengths and scheduling preferences.

• Communicate proactively with clients, families, caregivers and members of our office team.

• Identify potential staffing problems before they become emergencies whenever possible.

• Follow through on staffing issues until they are successfully resolved.

• Help create schedule consistency and continuity of care for our clients.

• Support caregiver engagement, retention and the overall employee experience.

• Partner closely with our Care Management and Operations teams.

• Have some involvement in caregiver recruitment and hiring activities.

• Participate in a shared after-hours on-call rotation with other members of our team.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for serving older adults and individuals with disabilities.

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience preferred .

• Staffing, scheduling, healthcare or home care experience strongly preferred.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and telephone communication skills.

• Strong organizational, prioritization and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

• Experience with WellSky is a plus.

• Dependability, responsiveness and a strong sense of personal accountability.
