Recruiter
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is Temp opportunity within the Nonprofit industry, located in Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all stages of the recruitment process, from initial job intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and candidate qualifications.
- Develop and utilize effective sourcing and recruiting strategies based on each position, industry trends, and organizational needs.
- Create and post job openings across internal and external employment platforms.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidate shortlists and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Represent the organization at college career fairs, networking events, and other off-site recruiting initiatives.
- Coordinate candidate communication and maintain a positive experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Prepare and distribute employment offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and recruiting support to the Lead Recruiter.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations, as well as internal company policies.
- Assist with additional recruiting and HR-related projects as business needs arise.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Recruitment experience
