Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments using standardized tools to evaluate psychological, emotional, and social health.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and client input to address identified needs and goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with group therapy modalities and familiarity with telehealth services is preferred, as our organization is expanding its remote capabilities. Training in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention techniques would also be a valuable asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At New Horizons, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
