Business Analyst

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile project with the State of Texas. This is a hybrid position based in Austin, offering the opportunity to work on critical business and technology initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to gather requirements, analyze business processes, document functional specifications, and support the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions. Create business process flows, use cases, and detailed documentation. Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into system requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Assist with change management, training, and implementation activities. Track requirements through the project lifecycle and ensure successful delivery. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working on large-scale IT or business transformation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project collaboration tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with State, Local, or Federal Government agencies. Previous experience supporting public sector projects. Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow analysis. Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
