Job Responsibilities:

Accurately enter information and ensure data entry conformance with the data plan.
Tasks included, but are not limited to:
Reformatting information, such as contact information
De-duplication
Verify data relationships according to the data plan
Escalate issues and seek clarification from Manager as needed
Manages follow-up activities from identification to closure

Skills:

2-3 years of experience
Follows procedures / protocols
Attention to detail
Familiarity with Excel and Salesforce
Familiarity with MedPro is a plus
Organized
Clear communication
Ability to work at computer for extended periods

Education/Experience:

High school diploma
