Safety Manager - Central Florida Commercial Construction

Commercial Construction Safety ManagerOur client is a respected employee-owned commercial general contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex projects across hospitality, education, industrial, and municipal sectors. The company is known for its strong culture, thoughtful project assignments, exceptional employee retention, and commitment to safety excellence.Lead implementation and enforcement of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 standards across active jobsites. Perform safety inspections, document findings, and recommend corrective actions. Develop and deliver training on HAZCOM, PPE, CPR, First Aid, Trench Safety, and related topics. Manage accident reporting, workers' compensation processes, and return-to-work programs. Maintain project safety plans, emergency procedures, disaster preparedness, and OCIP reporting requirements. Proven experience enforcing OSHA construction regulations. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, equipment, and trade hazards. Knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and incident management practices.Salary: $110,000 - $130,000. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 3% 401(k) match.
