We will train you in all aspects of what you need to provide great customer experience for our customers. All you must do is bring a willingness to learn and to be coached, and a smile that shines through in your interaction with the customer.What You'll Do:Resolve basic support requests/calls/emailsDocument cases within the assigned ticketing systemProvide support to internal Customer Service Managers and Implementation AssociatesMust be able to work 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6:30am – 10:00pm EST.Must be available to work rotating Saturdays from 7:00am to 4:00pm EST.What You’ll Need:0 – 2 years’ experience in customer service roleAbility to flourish in a multi-tasking environmentAbility to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting, taking ownership of tasks assigned to youExcellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all levelsAbility to learn and apply knowledge quickly, work well under pressure, and thrive in an environment that is constantly changingProficiency in Microsoft Office ProductsExperience with PC or MAC with the ability to grasp technical conceptsBasic knowledge of networksWell organized, detail oriented and proactive in following tasks through to completionComfortable in taking on new challenges that arise and flexible with shifting priorities.Previous Help Desk Experience a plus but not a requirementTravel Requirement: less than 5%.Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice, in accordance with applicable laws.Eligible employees may receive:Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCompensation is based on experience, knowledge, and skills and represents a good faith estimate in accordance with applicable laws.Work Environment & Physical Requirements:This role may be performed in a remote, hybrid, or office-based environment depending on business needs.Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periodsAbility to operate a computer and standard office equipment (e.g., keyboard, mouse, headset)Ability to view and interpret information on a computer screen for extended periodsAbility to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written communicationAbility to participate in virtual meetings with or without reasonable accommodationNote: This job description is intended to outline the general responsibilities and requirements of the role.
