BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic After-School Cheer & Dance Instructors to lead fun and engaging cheer and dance enrichment programs for elementary-aged students in Baltimore, MD .

Position Details
- Part-time, after-school position
- Monday through Friday
- Afternoon after-school hours
- 1.5-hour sessions
- $45 per session ($30 per hour)
- No weekends
- No lesson planning required
- Curriculum, music, and equipment provided
- In-person position in Baltimore

Responsibilities
- Lead engaging cheer and dance sessions for elementary students
- Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities
- Teach age-appropriate cheer motions, dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and teamwork
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students
- Encourage confidence, creativity, participation, and positive sportsmanship
- Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
Qualifications
- Cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, fitness, or coaching experience preferred but not required
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Comfortable working with students in grades K–5
- Reliable transportation to schools throughout Baltimore County
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Must successfully complete the required Baltimore County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
