Shift Manager

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is a separate employer responsible for all employment decisions at the restaurant. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform various tasks, including planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet their goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
