What You Bring:

• Valid Special Education teaching license or eligibility in Ohio
• Experience as an Intervention Specialist with K-2nd grade students preferred
• Demonstrated ability to tailor instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping every student achieve their best

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in a self-contained classroom setting
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt curriculum and classroom strategies for mild-moderate or moderate-severe student needs (specify your area of expertise in your application)
• Foster a safe, encouraging classroom environment that supports academic and social-emotional growth
• Track progress, document achievements, and participate in regular meetings with colleagues and parents
