Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Supervising Attorney in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, thrive in an independent work environment, and manage a significant caseload. This role involves leading a team in the Pre‑Litigation department to achieve substantial settlements in wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. Duties Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers. Provide informative and compassionate client service. Collaborate with departments such as Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens. Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans. Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability. Requirements Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with AZ Bar Association. Minimum 2 years of prior experience in personal injury. Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel. Experience settling cases in the pre‑litigation stage. In‑depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures. Education Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in Arizona. Skills Strong leadership and management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in legal research and analysis.
