Department Case Management Employment Type Full Time Location Arizona Workplace type Onsite Compensation $100,000 - $180,000 / year Manage all facets of caseload concerning personal injury, including communicating with clients, supervising cases, and engaging in settlement negotiations. Give legal counsel to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, safeguarding their rights and chasing reasonable reimbursement for physical injury, medical bills, and other related losses. Assemble and scrutinize a variety of legal documents, such as petitions, motions, responses to discovery requests, settlement contracts, and any other correspondence related to the case. Facilitate resolution discussions with other parties, insurance providers, and defense lawyers. Cooperate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure clients are given the best results possible. Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with AZ Bar Association. Minimum 2-years of prior experience in personal injury (pay dependent on experience). Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel. Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage. In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
