Technical Trainer (Spanish Speaking)

Technical Trainer – energize and lead customer workshops and training for enterprise customers on-site and virtually. What You’ll Do Design and deliver trainings that help customers understand how to use Postman effectively. Develop training materials, such as demos and in-product exercises, to support learning across all levels. Work closely with product, customer success, sales, and support teams to align training with product updates and customer needs. Help develop internal tooling to support interactive training sessions. Stay current with product updates and new features so training reflects the most up-to-date information. About You 6+ years of experience in enterprise training. 3+ years of experience with APIs or software development (Node.js preferred). Fluent in Spanish and English. Proven ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Successful track record of managing stakeholder relationships. Highly organized, capable of working autonomously and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Extensive experience using Postman is a plus. Salary: $120,000–$160,000 + competitive equity package.
