Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Agramont Worldwide Logistics is seeking a creative and organized Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to support our company’s marketing and online presence. This position will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand image, and assisting with marketing campaigns and company events. The ideal candidate has strong communication and content-creation skills, understands current social media trends, and can manage projects independently while working with different departments. Responsibilities Develop engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Create and maintain a social media content calendar. Take and edit photos and videos of company operations, employees, events, and services. Write captions, promotional materials, newsletters, and other marketing content. Schedule and publish social media posts consistently. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals. Support marketing campaigns for company services, recruiting efforts, events, and special projects. Create basic graphics, advertisements, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials. Maintain consistent branding across social media, printed materials, and digital communications. Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement and respond appropriately. Track social media performance, engagement, website traffic, and campaign results. Prepare basic reports and recommend ways to improve marketing performance. Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and marketing best practices. Assist with updating company websites and online business profiles as needed. Coordinate with employees and department leaders to collect information and develop relevant content. Assist with planning and promoting company events, recruiting activities, and community involvement. Perform other marketing-related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in social media management, marketing, content creation, or a related role. Experience using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and edit photos, short-form videos, and basic graphics. Experience with Canva, Davinci Resolve, or similar platforms. Basic knowledge in social media analytics & Google analytics; GEO & paid media knowledge is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Comfortable visiting operational areas to capture company content. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Experience with cultivating a sizeable and engaging following on social platforms. Work Requirements This is an on‑site position and is not eligible for remote work. Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Occasional schedule flexibility may be requested for company events or special projects. Must be able to work safely around an active office, warehouse, and logistics environment.
