Build the Future of AI-Powered Business Communications VitelGlobal Communications is seeking a Senior UCaaS Sales Engineer to help drive the growth of our AI-powered communications platform. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, solution architecture, product demonstrations, deployment support, and sales enablement. You will work directly with customers, channel partners, and sales leadership to design, demonstrate, and deploy enterprise communication solutions. Technical Knowledge Required Enterprise UCaaS Platforms Hosted PBX Solutions Contact Center Solutions AI Voice Agents WebRTC Applications Video Conferencing Platforms Team Collaboration & Messaging SIP Trunking & Carrier Integrations Mobile & Desktop Communication Applications Expert in freeswitch and kamilio development and deployment Key Responsibilities Conduct customer discovery sessions and technical consultations. Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts. Support sales teams in identifying and closing UCaaS opportunities. Design and recommend communication solutions based on customer requirements. Deploy and support FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIP Trunks, and WebRTC environments. Assist customers during onboarding, migrations, and implementations. Support channel partners with technical training and solution guidance. Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, WebRTC, and VoIP infrastructure issues. Work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams. Required Experience 3–7+ years of UCaaS, VoIP, Telecommunications, or Sales Engineering experience. Hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, WebRTC, SIP/RTP, and Linux. Experience supporting customer-facing demonstrations and deployments. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to business and technical audiences. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Platform Experience FusionPBX OpenSIPS AWS or Azure AI Voice Agents Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech Video Conferencing Platforms CRM Integrations Mobile VoIP Applications Carrier SIP Interconnections Success Metrics Support annual revenue growth targets. Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. Assist in closing new UCaaS opportunities. Support customer onboarding and deployments. Enable channel partners through technical training and support. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Travel Requirements Must be willing to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, deployments, conferences, tradeshows, partner engagements, and implementation projects.
