This role is being recruited confidentially.Role SummaryThe Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple brands. This role focuses on lead generation, e-commerce revenue growth, and brand awareness through digital and traditional marketing channels. The position works closely with leadership, manages external vendors, collaborates cross-functionally, and owns campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & ExecutionExecute marketing strategies across multiple brandsDrive lead generation and e-commerce sales growthIncrease brand awareness through PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketingAlign weekly and monthly marketing plans with leadership objectivesSupport both high-volume e-commerce sales and a B2B project pipelineTeam & Vendor ManagementSupport internal teams and cross-functional leaders to meet marketing goalsManage relationships with external vendors (PPC, creative, and design agencies)Track and report monthly marketing expenses in collaboration with financeContent & Campaign ManagementPlan and execute campaigns across PPC, shopping ads, SEO, email, and social mediaWrite and manage ad copy, landing pages, and product descriptionsManage product feeds and optimize performance in merchant platformsCollaborate with sales teams and vendors to achieve campaign KPIsMaintain and update website and product content across CMS and e-commerce platformsManage product photography and video assetsReporting & PlanningMonthly Deliver marketing performance reports including leads generated, quotes created, website traffic, and content outputProvide insights and recommendations to guide future strategyParticipate in leadership planning meetingsManage and forecast the monthly marketing budgetWeeklyCoordinate weekly marketing prioritiesSupport content development and campaign executionAssist internal departments with marketing initiatives as neededTechnology & ToolsE-commerce platforms (Magneto or similar)CRM and analytics toolsProject management and collaboration softwareSEO and competitive research toolsExperience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is a plus.Required Skills & Qualifications5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketingStrong project management and prioritization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentIdeal Candidate ProfileConfident and professional communicator across all levels of the organizationHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable managing multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaborative and team-oriented mindsetAdaptable and able to respond quickly to changing priorities
