About the Role:
We are hiring an AI Product Image Designer to take full ownership of image production for ZICOTO’s Amazon listings, including main images, infographics, lifestyle scenes, feature and size callouts, A+ Content, and Brand Story assets. This is an aesthetics-first role for someone with exceptional visual taste who understands how to create warm, premium, commercially effective imagery for women aged 25 to 50. You will use AI image-generation tools rather than traditional photography or extensive Photoshop compositing, producing complete image stacks quickly across a catalog of more than 500 SKUs and over 100 new product launches each year. 

This role is a Full-Time remote contractor position. 

We are looking for a AI Product Image Designer specifically with these requirements:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste, composition, typography, styling, and attention to detail.
• The ability to produce a high volume of polished visual assets quickly and consistently.
• Hands-on experience using AI image-generation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini/Nano Banana, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
• Experience generating, iterating, refining, and quality-checking AI-created imagery for commercial use.
• Demonstrated ability to create warm, premium lifestyle imagery that appeals to women aged 25 to 50.
• Experience producing clean, attractive, and legible text-on-image assets, including infographics, size and feature callouts, and A+ Content modules. 
• Experience independently managing creative projects from the initial brief through final delivery, including asking the right clarifying questions upfront. 
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing AI-generated images for inaccurate product details, visual inconsistencies, unrealistic elements, and AI artifacts.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer-product brands.
• Experience working with stationery, home décor, lifestyle, or baby and kids’ products.
• Experience working with a large product catalog or in a high-volume creative-production environment.
• Understanding of how listing imagery, visual hierarchy, and image sequencing influence conversion rates and purchasing decisions.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Create complete Amazon image stacks for new product launches and existing listing refreshes.
• Produce main listing images, lifestyle scenes, infographics, feature and size callouts, A+ Content modules, and Brand Story assets.
• Use AI image-generation tools to take projects from an initial brief to polished, listing-ready visual assets.
• Generate realistic lifestyle scenes that present products naturally, accurately, and attractively.
• Maintain ZICOTO’s warm, clean, modern, and premium visual identity across all listing imagery.
• Adapt visual concepts to the tastes and expectations of ZICOTO’s primary customer: women aged 25 to 50.
• Work efficiently across a catalog of more than 500 parent SKUs and over 100 new product launches each year.
• Identify existing listings where the imagery has fallen behind the competition and recommend what should be improved or replaced.
• Review AI-generated images carefully for visual errors, product inaccuracies, brand inconsistencies, and other quality issues.
• Manage multiple products and creative projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Take ownership of assigned briefs and deliver finished work without requiring close day-to-day management.
• Incorporate feedback from the product image and design teams while maintaining a fast production pace.
• Stay current with AI image-generation tools, emerging creative workflows, Amazon image requirements, and e-commerce design trends.

Our hiring process includes a questionnaire, a video introduction, a portfolio review, a paid test project , and 1-on-1 interviews.

Please note that shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a paid test project by creating a full Amazon image stack for one of ZICOTO’s products. The test project is a required part of the recruitment process and will carry significant weight in the final evaluation. Candidates who perform strongly on the test project will move forward to interviews with the company.
