Location: Medina, OH (Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital)
Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Weekend availability required.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing and kitchen area.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation duties as needed.
- Properly handle and dispose of trash and food waste.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous commercial kitchen, food service, or dishwashing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding kitchen duties.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical and religious exemptions considered).
