Are you an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with competitive pay? We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Diagnose electrical systems including PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, sensors, and control systems
- Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs and ladder logic using OEM software
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and prevent equipment failures
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently to minimize downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or Maintenance Electrician
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, AC/DC drives, motors, and industrial controls
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Manufacturing maintenance experience required
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of industrial automation and production equipment
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
