• Duration: Permanent
• Shift: Combination of 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, including on-call
• Hours/Week: Approximately 12 shifts per month (~18 days off)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Licenses/Certifications: State RN and Nurse Practitioner Licenses, Neonatal Certification preferred
• Experience: Prior neonatal or pediatric experience preferred; new fellows encouraged to apply

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver neonatal care across four NICUs
• Assess and manage newborns and infants within Level II NICUs
• Provide overnight and on-call neonatal services, including coverage at Lakeside NICU
• Assist in the care of neonatal patients in the nursery as needed
• Engage in interdisciplinary team efforts to optimize patient outcomes
• Support family education and post-discharge planning
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols

What You Need

• Valid State RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Neonatal Certification preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Prior neonatal, pediatric, or intensive care experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Residency in or near the Oklahoma City area; relocation may be required
