Desktop Support Technician

Job Description Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with hardware, software, and application issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, MacOS, and other standard software. Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
