Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/TelePosition Information:Shift: 3x12, NightsWeekly Guaranteed Hours: 36Call Requirements: NoneLicenses and Certifications:Nevada RN license required prior to startRequired Certifications: BLS, ACLSMust pass a telemetry competency exam, including identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm stripsExperience Required:Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele experiencePrior travel experience with at least one 13-week assignment is requiredJob Responsibilities:Provide optimal patient care utilizing nursing knowledge and skills within the nursing process context.Accountable for individualized patient outcomes over the entire episode of care.Deliver comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, along with their families and caregivers.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following standards of quality specific to age competency.Coordinate care with other professionals as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.Engage in continuous mental effort to ensure safe and effective patient care.Additional Comments:Travel staff may be required to float to meet the organization's needs up to their competency level.Must be available to pick up one additional shift during the scheduled period.The organization reserves the right to call off staff without penalty 48 hours prior for low census.Shifts may vary based on departmental needs and can include weekends and holidays.This position is essential in addressing and managing patient health problems, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and continuous professional development.Client Details City Reno State NV
