Customer Service Representative - Utility Billing (Fully Remote)

Support customers with natural gas utility accounts in a remote environment. Help with billing questions, payments, account details, and general concerns. Responsibilities: Process payments and update customer account information accurately. Document interactions and escalate issues when needed following privacy procedures. Provide excellent customer service while navigating multiple computer systems. Qualifications: 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with reliable attendance. Compensation & Schedule: Starting pay $14/hr plus shift differential of $1/hr for nights and weekends. Full-time 40 hours, with paid training and benefit eligibility after 60 days.
