Maintenance Specialist III - Plumber - 8 hrs/day (Maintenance & Repair)

Position Summary Provides plumbing services and support to the design, construction, upgrade, and repair of District facilities. Serves as a contributor to other skilled trades such as in the construction, alteration, maintenance, and repair of facilities, buildings, and mechanical systems. Application Deadline 7/2/2026 Location & Hours Location: Maintenance & Repair Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week Work Year: 12 Months Employee Type: Full-Time Salary: $32.58 - $43.04 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on relevant experience. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day). Education and Experience The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent plus specialized education and training and 4 years of experience under a commercial plumber and generalist experience in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or mechanical. Licenses and Certifications Requires a valid Driver’s License. Requires recognition as a Licensed Plumber.
