Compensation:

$75,000 - $85,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

Your Mission

• Support litigation attorneys handling complex, high-net-worth divorce cases.

• Prepare, file, and organize pleadings with zero errors and zero delays.

• Manage discovery with precision — deadlines, documents, follow-ups.

• Deliver exceptional client service : calm voice, clear answers, steady updates.

• Help clients feel safe, informed, and supported during life-changing moments.

• Keep cases organized and moving… even when emotions spike.

• Be the force that removes obstacles, not adds them.

You Will Handle

• Drafting and filing pleadings

• Discovery requests and responses

• Mandatory disclosures

• Financial affidavits

• Mediation and hearing prep

• Calendaring and communication

• High-touch client interactions and updates

This role is part legal excellence, part emotional intelligence, and part operational mastery.
