Job Responsibilities

· Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner

· Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.

· Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.

· Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.

· Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.

Requirements

· Have at least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills

· Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)

· HVAC installation experience

· HVAC troubleshooting experience.

· Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.

· Passing a criminal background check required

· Ability to lift 100 lbs.

· Spanish language skills are a plus.

· Initiative and customer service skills

· Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

· Must be 18 years of age or older.
