ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our growing team at our new Methuen CDJR location. If you excel at building lasting client relationships, communicating clearly, and thrive in a fast‑paced dealership environment — we want to hear from you. This is a real career opportunity with long‑term growth potential and a compensation plan that rewards top performers. Compensation: $55,000–$85,000 per year (base + performance), based on experience and production. Strong CDJR / Mopar experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet service customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify and verify customer needs Educate customers on appropriate services, parts, and accessories based on their vehicle’s requirements Provide accurate cost estimates and time‑of‑completion commitments; obtain proper customer authorization Monitor repair progress throughout the day and proactively communicate any changes to cost or timing Confirm service appointments via telephone the day prior and conduct post‑repair follow‑up calls Perform pre‑delivery vehicle inspections and clearly communicate results to customers

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred CDJR / Mopar / dealership experience strongly preferred Proficiency with Dealertrack and MyKarma preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong interpersonal skills with a high‑energy, positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a process‑driven, team‑oriented environment
