Senior Marketing Specialist — Luxury Home & Design Brand

We’re looking for an experienced marketing generalist who can run the full day-to-day marketing engine for Ebanista, a small luxury interior design and handcrafted furnishings brand: CRM, email, paid media coordination, web, social, content, print and collateral. The founder sets vision, priorities, and final decisions. This is a broad, hands-on execution role. You won’t be setting overall marketing strategy, but you will be the person making sure everything actually happens, and happens well, across a lot of moving pieces. The ideal candidate has experience with a premium, luxury, design, lifestyle, or highly visual consumer brand and is comfortable working independently within HubSpot, GA4, and a website CMS. Email, CRM, and paid media are where this person’s expertise should run deepest, with strong, confident skills across social, web, content, and analytics as well. What You’ll Bring 4–6 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within a premium, luxury, design, lifestyle, home, fashion, hospitality, beauty, or other highly visual consumer brand Hands-on working knowledge of HubSpot, including email builds, workflows, segmentation, list management, and basic reporting Working proficiency in GA4 and comfort building reports and navigating the platform independently Experience making website updates within a CMS; WordPress experience strongly preferred Strong email, CRM, and paid media knowledge, with a knack for translating agency work and campaign performance into clear, useful insights Solid, confident organic social experience, including editorial planning, copywriting, imagery selection, and brand-consistent posting Strong written communication skills and a good eye for premium brand presentation Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple channels, deadlines, approvals, and vendors without dropping details Comfortable working closely with a founder, taking direction while also bringing sound judgment and an informed point of view Nice-to-Have Google Tag Manager familiarity and an understanding of conversion tracking Looker Studio or similar dashboarding experience Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools Experience with WordPress and Elementor Experience working with an SEO agency or implementing foundational on-page SEO Experience in furniture, interior design, art, architecture, or related luxury/design categories Annual Salary $75,000-85,000 based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Ebanista
