• Support production operations and assist with daily manufacturing activities.
• Move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Assist machine operators and production teams in meeting production goals.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
• Package, sort, stack, and prepare materials for shipment or further processing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following safety procedures.

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and remaining active throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, landscaping, farming, or general labor experience.
• Experience with hand tools or power tools.
• Forklift or material handling experience.
• Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $46800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
