Responsibilities Communcation with English and Spanish speaking customers. Accurately handle deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals. Build enriching customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and drive the sales process. Establish trust among customers, leading to a strong network of clientele and prospects. Set a clear vision and goals for sales performance, demonstrating leadership. Motivate and engage the team to achieve critical goals, performance expectations, and standard methodology processes. Play an active role in day-to-day operations to drive business growth. Lead the negotiation process, ensuring customers understand vehicle purchase options and pricing.
