Job Opportunity: Pediatric Otolaryngologist

Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Pediatric Otolaryngologist to become a part of our dedicated team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to engage in a teaching role within a supportive, faith-oriented environment.

Position Overview

We invite applications for two fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists to join our department at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Currently, our Otolaryngology department consists of two Board-certified, fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists who manage all facets of Pediatric Otolaryngology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic activities.

Position Requirements

• MD or DO with Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology/HNS.
• Possession of a California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Completion of a Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship prior to starting the position.

Working Environment

Our practice is bustling, featuring a team of 21 physicians and 7 Advanced Practice providers, along with 19 ENT residents in training. The Pediatric ENT and Audiology office is conveniently situated within one mile of our main campus, and our team also sees patients at various satellite clinics.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $350,000 to $550,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the departmental compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $280,000 and $420,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
