Requirements Applicants must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey and have at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience. Medical malpractice experience is highly preferred. Job Responsibilities Handle a personal caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategy. Manage discovery, depositions, and client communications. Attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex medical malpractice and catastrophic injury matters. Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation. Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional advocacy. Qualifications Active New Jersey Bar license required. 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery. Excellent communication and case management abilities. Medical malpractice experience preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented litigation environment.
