Permit Coordinator (Construction Liaison) - LaVergne, TN

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator Specialist to serve as a key liaison between Sales and Construction. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing through permitting and pre-construction, helping keep projects moving efficiently by coordinating documentation, driving timelines, and maintaining communication across all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact between Sales and Construction teams after contract signing Introduce yourself to customers within 1–2 days and guide them through next steps in the process Gather and manage all documentation required for permit submission Coordinate with engineers, municipalities, and internal teams to move permits forward Track permit progress and follow up consistently to ensure timely approvals Ensure permits are properly closed after project completion Drive progress across all stages of the pre-construction process and identify potential delays Maintain visibility on all active projects and provide weekly status updates Support coordination across teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Provide a high level of customer service by communicating updates and addressing questions Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations role (construction industry preferred) Experience with permits, documentation, or project coordination Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proven ability to follow up consistently and drive tasks to completion across multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment with shifting priorities Proficiency with systems/tools (CRM, scheduling tools, or similar platforms) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required $18–$20/hour Monthly bonus structure #J-18808-Ljbffr Nashville Pool Company
