Service Desk Representative

Dow Credit Union is looking to hire a full-time Service Desk Representative . Are you a customer service professional who is ready for better hours, with a starting pay of $15.50 an hour? The Service Desk Representative is responsible for greeting and assisting employees, members, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service. Ensuring the experience is positive, friendly, and prompt. Essential Duties Creates a welcoming, friendly environment by assisting those entering our branch, this would include helping with basic questions and providing directions. Maintains member interaction logs, alerting departments of requests/inquiries. Reviews the requests to ensure members are being cared for in a timely manner. Communicates with members to establish their need and directs to appropriate department. Answers and assists members with general questions and inquiries such as ATM assistance, coin machine, bill pay, web banking, shred bin etc. Direct and assist in emergency situations, completing necessary paperwork during and after an emergency. Aids those seeking information for Retirement and Investment Center and Liberty Mutual, up to and including working the suite as an alternate representative. Maintains visitor badges/ logs, door count, and AED machine log.
