Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to graduate students and early-career therapists, aiding their development toward clinical licensure.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, setting achievable goals for mental health improvement.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor client progress, adapting therapeutic techniques as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psych Doctorate.

• A valid state license in mental health: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Current professional liability insurance.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health or counseling environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
