Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate supportive group sessions and psychoeducational workshops to foster community connection and resilience among patients.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and immediate needs are addressed.

• Educate patients regarding mental health conditions and treatment options, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
