About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Rail with a California PE to take on a pivotal role as the Owner's Representative and primary liaison for a multi-billion-dollar high-speed rail project. The successful candidate will be an elite-level construction leader, providing executive oversight of design-build rail delivery and driving outcomes across schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment. This is a program-level leadership position with direct visibility to executive stakeholders, and the role is focused on ensuring alignment with regulatory, funding, and reporting requirements. The VP of Rail will also be responsible for leading coordination between contractors, designers, and public stakeholders, as well as supporting high-level decision-making, including change management and claims avoidance.
