Southern Material Handling is looking to add one Inside Sales Person.

As an Inside Salesperson, you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires you stay highly organized to make sure that deadlines are met. You will also be in constant communication with both customers and co-workers, updating them on progress and facilitating smooth-running projects.

The Inside Sales position is an onsite office position focused on helping the Outside Sales Team with estimates, project entry, and service call follow up.         

Job Tasks (all have detailed processes)

1.    Act as Customer Service Rep (CSR) to answer phone and book calls in Service Titan

2.    Prepare Estimates in service titan, with SMH Costing Sheet in Excel as needed.

3.    Sell Estimates in Service Titan

4.    Monitor progress of projects for your inside/outside sales team in CRM and service titan.

5.    Follow up on potential leads for new projects immediately, phone, text, email

6.    Maintain communication with customers

7.    Be familiar with current product offerings; learn about new products and product updates

8.    Review daily service calls run on your assigned accounts and take action.

Scorecard/Key Performance Indicators: .(KPI’s subject to change as we improve)

Daily:

1.    Estimates sent within 24 hours 100%

2.    Calls   Estimate Follow Up as soon as sent 100%

3.    Calls   Existing Accounts: 10

4.    Review service calls and follow up 100%

Weekly:

1.    Daily x 5

Required Competencies

·      Customer service/communication skills

·      Simple Algebra, ability to calculate markups and costing

·      Return to and complete tasks even with multiple interruptions.

·      Attention to Detail

·      Ability to follow processes and make sure that your data entry is correct.

·      Simple Project management skills

·      Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote

·      Electronic and paper filing

·      Keeping confidentiality

·      Mac operating system
