Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to accurately identify and diagnose clients' mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the distinct needs of your clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Develop and implement outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and resilience within the community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
