The Role We’re looking for a Roofing Sales Manager with a proven background in door-to-door sales and the roofing industry who is ready to lead from the front . This is a player-coach role where you’ll: Drive your own production Lead, train, and mentor a team of reps Help build and scale a high-performance sales organization This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build something bigger than themselves while earning at a high level. What You’ll Do Lead and manage a team of door-to-door roofing sales reps Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members Provide hands-on coaching, ride-alongs, and mentorship Set performance standards and hold the team accountable Run team meetings, trainings, and daily/weekly check-ins Generate your own deals through door-to-door efforts Oversee pipeline, job flow, and deal progression Ensure a strong customer experience from first contact to close Compensation Top-tier compensation package Uncapped Commissions Performance bonuses and incentives High earning potential tied directly to team production and personal performance Our leaders are paid like leaders.
