Production Coordinator

Insight Global is looking for a Production Coordinator for one of the largest gaming companies. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, and creative services to support the development of high-quality creative assets across a robust content pipeline.
They will be responsible for QA/QC of marketing and digital assets, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and technical specifications, while providing direction and clarification to external vendors. This person will assist with trafficking assets to external agencies, routing deliverables through legal and localization teams, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple stakeholders.
This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identify issues, and support process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about creative content, gaming, or marketing. This position is remote, working PST hours.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Project or Production Coordinator in a fast-paced environment (gaming/entertainment preferred)
• Experience with QA/QC of marketing or digital creative assets
• Experience working with digital content, creative media, or marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to gather, organize, and route assets across cross-functional teams and ticketing systems
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external vendors/agencies
• Strong multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Suite
