Job Summary Provides trouble-shooting, monitoring, tracking, resolution,and documentation for all network support areas. Assists team members in establishing network and informationsystem needs. Provides customer support for issues, requests, and questionsrelated to all network support areas. Performs administrative and miscellaneous duties associatedwith record keeping, inventory, safety and other requirements. Qualifications

EDUCATION

Required High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED).

WORK EXPERIENCE

Preferred Some experience in a related technical area.

SKILLS

Required Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Maintains a high degree of professionalism. Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills. Demonstrates a high commitment to quality. Working Conditions / Demands This position requires the ability to communicate effectively andto operate computers and other related technical equipment. Therole is required to maintain and interact with computers andfrequently move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The person inthis role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
