We provide customers with rebuild services, CST gearbox rebuilds, welding and fabrications services, service exchange units, custom made cabling solutions, life cycle services including oil sampling and vibration analysis, robust inventory support, compatibility services and underground technical support. We look forward to seeing you as a potential member to our expanding team.Desired SkillsProject ManagementUnderground ExperienceFamiliar with Electronic and Hydraulic Test equipment.Computer skills required: Understanding of Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively, write technical work and repair procedures.Primary ResponsibilitiesAbility to read and understand schematics both electrical and hydraulic.Ability to read and use a multimeter and tape measuresAbility to solder and desolderAbility to use basic hand tools, power tools, and sandblasterAbility to communicate with supervisorAbility to create parts lists based on reuse and salvage guidelines.Analyze results of the tests to locate and determine the cause of the malfunction.Studies the inter-relation of the various controlling circuits and plans tests for the individual control circuits and components.Conducts a series of involved functional and operational tests on components.Troubleshoot and repair a variety of multi-purpose electronic and/or electro-hydraulic control systems for underground mining equipment.Must be able to work overtime as neededPhysical AbilityAs a Shop Technician you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions.
